Jabajak's Food Philosophy and Online Example Restaurant Menu

Jabajak has a simple food philosophy and that's that fresh and seasonal produce are locally sourced, and include salads from our own garden wherever possible, to create a visually tempting and mouth-watering fine dining menu.

As you browse through the Jabajak online restaurant menu, bear in mind that:

  • Many of the meats are supplied by local Welsh farmers
  • Much of the fish is freshly caught by fishermen that trawl the Pembrokeshire coast and the Gower.
  • Most of the herbs and salads used to create the simple and subtle flavourings that get your taste buds tingling with excitement are grown in Jabajak's gardens.
  • Tasty dairy products such as Preseli cheese and farmhouse ice creams are also sourced locally to ensure that you experience truly Welsh flavours when you dine.

Jabajak restaurant proudly boasts annually receiving the Silver Award for food hygiene, so you know that you will be served high quality food that's prepared and cooked in its state of the art commercial kitchen. All accompanying sauces are cooked to order and if you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, these can easily be catered for.

Jabajak's a la carte menu caters for everyone. Whether you enjoy traditional dishes or like to try something more adventurous, you will find something suitable every time.

In addition we will cater for pre-orders of for example lobster, bass, crab or any other dish you may wish for a special occasion. We also help by providing set menu's for larger groups just call to discuss.
