Jabajak's Food Philosophy and Current Restaurant Menu

Jabajak's simple food philosophy is to use fresh, seasonal produce from local sources, including salads from our own garden, when possible to create a visually tempting and mouth-watering fine dining menu.

As you browse through our menu, bear in mind that:

  • Many of the meats are supplied by local Welsh farmers
  • Much of the fish is freshly caught by Pembrokeshire and Gower fishermen
  • Most of the herbs and salads used to create the subtle flavourings that get your taste buds tingling are grown in Jabajak's gardens.
  • Quality dairy products such as Preseli cheese and farmhouse ice creams are local, ensuring you experience truly Welsh flavours when you dine.

Jabajak restaurant strives to acheive the highest standards of food hygiene. Our high quality food is prepared and cooked in a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen. All accompanying sauces are cooked to order and if you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, these can easily be catered for.

Jabajak's a la carte menu caters for everyone. Whether you enjoy traditional dishes or like to try something more adventurous, you won't be disappointed.

We will cater for pre-orders of for example lobster, bass, crab or any other dish you may wish for a special occasion. We also help by providing set menus for larger groups. Just call us to discuss.

Chef's creamy Tomato and Basil soup
