The Grain Store Suite
This beautiful suite is nestled in the eves of what was the Grain store. It is accessed via its own original external private welsh
slate stepsIts oak floors are warmed through from under floor heating, and dressed with real wool rugs for a cosy environment. It houses carved solid wood furniture with kingsize bed and a 42” plasma flat screen television & dvd player. The bathroom features a roll top bath with Rowe and Perin fittings to relax in and a Grohe dream shower to invigorate. ... ........complimented by a full array of bath salts and soaps from Damana, soft bathrobes and towels.

The Garden Suite
Wake up to sunrise views of a Vineyard, Red Kites, Herons and other wildlife rolling over the Welsh Countryside as this room is located on the ground floor at the end of the complex and has beautiful panoramic views. It also offers real independent accessibility with its own parking space and private, flat entrance. Furnished with wood, kingsize facilities and relaxing lounged area with TV. Sumptuous linen and towels and walk in accessible power shower this is an excellent choice of room to explore West Wales on a longer stay and certaninly benefits
customers with mobility difficulties.

The Farmhouse Suite
The Farmhouse Suite overlooks what was the old blacksmiths and drovers courtyard which now features a Koi carp pool. Situated in the old part of the farmhouse dating back to when allegedly John Adams Grandparents lived in the house before setting off on the Mayflower bound for America. The room features a King Size four poster bed, leather settee, 32” LCD Flat screen TV, Free Wi-fi and a romantic relaxing bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, Damana bath salts and separate power shower.

The Rose Room
This double en-suite is ideal if just joining us for 1 or 2 nights or longer for single occupancy. A delightful room overlooking the rear gardens, the Rose room offers a double four poster bed, 22” LCD flat screen TV, plump towels, and fine linen. The en-suite bathroom offers a Mira sport double shower wash hand basin, WC, beverage tray, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi and of course Damana toiletries.
