Featuring four-poster beds, a garden-level suite, a suite with a Jacuzzi bath and the wonderfully private Grain Store Suite, Jabajak offers comfort and sophistication. The Rooms:
The Grain Store Suite
This beautiful suite is nestled in the eaves of the old Grain Store. It is accessed via its own original private Welsh Slate external staircase. Its oak floors are warmed by under-floor heating, and dressed with real wool rugs for a cosy environment. It offers carved solid wood furniture with a kingsize bed and a 42” plasma flat screen television & dvd player. The bathroom features a roll top bath with Rowe and Perin fittings to relax in and a Grohe dream shower to invigorate. We offer a full array of bath salts and soaps from Damana, soft bathrobes and towels.
Priced at just £170.00 per night inclusive for 2 persons, including breakfast this room is ideal for a romantic getaway.
The Garden Suite
Wake up to sunrise views of the Vineyard and wildlife - perhaps Red Kites or Herons - gliding over the Welsh Countryside. This room is located on the ground floor at the end of the building and offers beautiful panoramic views. It also provides independent accessibility with its own parking space and private, level entrance and balcony.
Tastefully furnished, the Garden Suite offers a kingsize bed and a cosy couch for curling up with a book or TV. Thick, cosy towels and a walk-in power shower make this is an excellent choice for customers with mobility difficulties. With lots of space to unwind, this is an ideal base for exploring West Wales on a longer stay. A pet can also be accommodated - a cleaning supplement applies - see tariff page.

The Farmhouse Suite
The Farmhouse Suite overlooks the former Blacksmith's and Drovers courtyard which now features a pool of mature ornamental Koi Carp. The suite is in the old part of the farmhouse, which dates back to the time where (legend has it) the grandparents of John Adams lived before setting off on the Mayflower. The room features a King Size four poster bed, leather settee, 32” LCD Flat screen TV, Free Wi-fi and a romantic relaxing bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, Damana bath salts and separate power shower.

The Rose Room
This double en-suite is ideal for a 1 or 2 night break - longer for single occupancy. A cosy room overlooking the rear gardens, the Rose room offers a double four poster bed, 22” LCD flat screen TV, plump towels, and fine linen. The en-suite bathroom offers a Mira Sport double shower & wash hand basin, WC and Damana toiletries.
This room is priced at just £90 for 2 people sharing or £65 for single occupancy including breakfast.
The Primrose Room
This double en-suite is ideal for a short break or longer for single occupancy. A delightful room with a dual-aspect view over the Vineyard and rolling countryside, the Primrose room offers a King size sleigh bed, 22” LCD flat screen TV, plump towels and fine linen. The en-suite bathroom offers a Mira sport shower with bath, wash hand basin, WC - and of course Damana toiletries.
This room is priced at just £90 for 2 people sharing or £65 for single occupancy inc. breakfast.
The Ivy Room
This double en-suite is ideal if just joining us for a night at the restaurant or single occupancy for a longer period as it offers great value for money. A delightful compact room overlooking the rear gardens and vineyard, the Ivy Room offers a double four poster bed, 22” LCD flat screen TV, plump towels, and fine linen. The en-suite bathroom offers a stone tiled double mira electric shower, wash hand basin, WC and all the features listed above.

Views over vineyards and gardens
As Jabajak has over six acres of landscaped grounds you will always get a room with a view over the gardens and the Llanboidy countryside beyond. When you retire at night you can plan your trips into the surrounding Carmarthenshire and nearby Pembrokeshire or Cardiganshire.
Guest Lounge
To enjoy the company of other residents, you can head to the guest lounge at Jabajak where real wooden floors are complimented by beautiful hand crafted Moroccan rugs. There's even a baby grand piano! You can relax on the comfortable sofas, listen to music on the stereo, or watch movies on the widescreen TV and DVD player. There are also board games provided, which get everyone together for a great evening's entertainment. On chilly evenings you will welcome the log burning stove in the Inglenook fireplace.
Just like the Honeymoon Suite, the guest lounge provides you with access to a private garden and decked alfresco area. You can enjoy light refreshments on the deck or wander through the delightful rockeries and ponds.
In the mornings, after a tranquil and restful nights sleep, you will be treated to a full cooked breakfast, using high quality fresh local produce. This veritable feast is included in the price of your room reservation.
